My Journey
For as long as I can remember, my motivation has been to help the most people possible. My journey, like most, has been filled with adversity after adversity. Instead of succumbing to them, I leaned in, learned why, healed, grew, learned how to avoid a similar pitfalls, and began sharing my knowledge with others.
My health challenges began early in life with the inability to digest food, 97% liver failure from an antibiotic, many sports injuries, surgeries, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and more. Long story short, medical models weren't creating health for me, which is why I explored alternative and holistic therapies to reduce symptoms, restore my health, go into remission, and thrive. This led me to become a chiropractor who utilizes my personal, clinical, and educational experience to help others.
While I have vast knowledge in clinical nutrition, exercise science, sports rehab, psychology, and have worked with elite athletes, most people want to be happier, healthier, and wealthier while lacking systems and confidence to get there. They are overwhelmed and afraid to fail. I totally understand as I have been there too! This is when I began health coaching and utilizing easy to follow, simple, and results driven systems suitable for the bedriddened to the elite athlete. I can do detailed work too, however, I choose the path with the best results for long term success.
Life is hard, and life can be expensive. Life can also be rewarding when you link arms with others and help more people get what they want. I have found most people value their time and money most, but what good is time and money without your health? This is why I'm consistently learning and diving into healthcare solutions that are affordable, realistic, and best bang for your buck. Recently, I have discovered a new patch technology that activates your own dormant stem cells. This is so exciting as this activates your own body's mechanisms to heal itself, and it's affordable while taking virtually no time out of your day! The results have been amazing!
In my free time, yes with everything I do I still have fun... I hike, paddle board, attend concerts and sporting events, love adventurous vacations, huge DIY-er, and hanging with family, friends, and dogs.
